It all began when we met during a Medical Brigade volunteer trip in Honduras. Although we were both working for one of Chicago's premiere Sports Medicine clinics a few miles from each other at the time, it took flying more than 2,000 miles away to meet! Since that time, we've happily relocated to Wales, WI where we love the quiet nature sanctuary of our home along with our furry family; Penny, Hendrix and Joplin.

But it's not about us... it's all about you! We love to put our heads together on difficult cases and collaborate with an amazing community network of integrative, holistic and medical practitioners to support our patients. We believe in working as a team with our patients to empower them with the knowledge and self care tools they need to reach their goals. We feel so blessed to love what we do and if we are not the ones who can help you, we are committed to getting you to the right person who can.
