I have been trained extensively in body/mind coaching… going much deeper than just talking… creating new neuropathways in your brain to rewire and recognize how our body/mind is controlling much of our life based on societal conditioning, past traumas and habits that no longer serve us.

My life’s work is to help others find their JOY… As a self-titled Joy Fulfillment Strategist, I have worked my way into a place of pure JOY in my soul and am driven now to assist others on their Journey to Joy.
